During your private session you will receive unique one-on-one attention and personal feedback on how to work with connected breathing at home. Breath practices, music, movement, toning and energy points will be utilized to assist you in regaining a full breath and thereby reclaiming your life!

Your breath tells the story of how you live.

Your experience will be guided by Tracey, and will develop organically way at its own pace. Emotions, thoughts and memories stored in the fabric of the body are often revealed through the breath as they release. It is common to experience the relinquishment of old emotions, and experience feelings of bliss, forgiveness, clarity and gratitude after or during a session.

Group Breath Sessions

Newcomers are welcome to join these sessions to learn more about the importance of breathing. They also provide ongoing support for those who are currently or formerly participating in individualized private sessions. Group sessions are a powerful way to transform your life through connected breathing.

With a group of like-minded individuals you can journey into the depths of breath. As with private sessions, experiences vary widely from person to person and also session to session. Often in a group session a theme can arise which provides guidance for all participating individuals.

Amagi Therapy & Breath Sessions

Amagi Therapy is a powerful self-healing technique that releases pain from the body.

In combination with breath work, you are coached to maintain a gentle, rhythmic breath pattern as you receive Amagi Therapy. A gentle unwinding takes place in the body, allowing it to reside in the parasympathetic nervous system as it releases the physical pain. After the session, you receive instruction on how to apply some of the points yourself in order to continue the healing process. Consistency is the key.
