Welcome to my breath meditation CD. It is intended for more experienced connected breathers. The first track has a 10 minute meditation of slowly breathing and moving your awareness into every part of the body, starting at the feet moving to the head. The second track has 20 minutes of connected breathing. Please be aware that you could begin to feel tingling and light-headed. At this stage, continue according to your comfort level.
