Level I

Are you a teacher, massage therapist, acupuncturist, nurse, yoga instructor, psychotherapist, or other provider? Yes, this is the class for you! Breathing Mandala’s Breath Awareness Training is geared towards supporting lay people and providers to understand the breath and know how to open it.

Level II

Have you completed the Breath Awareness Training and are ready for the second level of training? In this three-day training you will learn the art of facilitating a full breath session. After the training you are required to participate in monthly, one-hour phone mentoring calls for 6 months with Tracey & Dave.

Are you interested in teaching others Breath Awareness? This is the third level of training available to those who have completed both the Breath Awareness Training and the Facilitator Training. After completing this level of training you will be qualified to lead Breath Awareness Trainings.
