Private Sessions

A private session is a unique opportunity to recieve one-on-one attention and personal feedback on how to work with your pattern at home. We will utilize the breath, music, movement, toning, and energy points, to assist you to regain a full breath and reclaim your life. The session is generally two hours in length.

The ideal time for a private session: you feel overwhelmed by life, your breath has become shallow under stress and anxiety, you are in the midst of processing a life experience, to integrate your intellectual understanding with body wisdom, to access your breath for healing the body, to access the amazing portal of the breath to clear habituated patterns that keep you hostage, to live your life more freely, to connect deeply with your essential nature, to know yourself fundamentally.

I highly recommend three sessions, with no more than a week in between, this template allows the breath to build upon itself and to clear deeply from the mental and emotional energetic body.

Wear comfortable clothing for lying down and moving. Please drink plenty of water afterwards as you can become dehydrated. Writing about your sessons right afterwards is also very helpful, feel free to bring a journal.
