Learning The Basics Of The Breath 
This one day intensive is a wonderful prelude to the breath awareness training for providers. You learn how to support yourself with the breath, and receive three breath sessions by starting with the evening intensive. 
 
 
  
Classes are small, pre-registration is essential                                        

WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

the importance of breath for yourself; understanding the nature of thinking and its effects on the breath; exploring breath as a link to our essential nature; basics of breathing techniques; learning about your own breath patterns and receive three breath sessions.

 

You will experience an invigorating blend of facilitated breath sessions, movement, meditation, and breath teachings that will deepen your exploration of the body, emotion, spirit connection.
