This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about what makes the breath so instrumental in health and wholeness, the vital role it plays – and a taste of how powerful it is.
The breath tells the story of how we live our life, do you want a life steeped in abundance and ease? Your breath plays a fundamental role in establishing this frame of mind. By learning how to breathe deeply, we also stop the body from pumping the adrenals which floods our bodies with stress and anxiety hormones. This in turn promotes aging and illness.
The evening includes an introduction to the breath, a full session and time to ask questions. Please dress comfortably, bring a mat, blanket and pillow, water to drink.
